  Great stay in a wonderful town!

  Liked: Amazing location in a very cool building. Breakfast was fantastic with local meats, cheeses, pastries and a wide variety of beverages and coffees. Our small balcony looked over the bridge to Besalu. Room and bed were comfortable and air conditioned. These were our first nights in Europe and the room's comfort was critical to our successfully overcoming jet-lag. Easy parking despite the extraordinary medieval festival the town was putting on that weekend. There are many fine restaurants within easy walking distance as well as interesting sights close by by car.
