  Nice location and calm place to disconnect but the bungalow should have more maintenance

  Liked: - This is a nice place to relax and disconnect, with internet available only at reception. So disconnect disconnect. - It is very family-friendly, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. - There is a small playground and a few animals, which children will enjoy. - The on-site restaurant is convenient for breakfast and dinner, especially on arrival day, although prices are a little high. The pool area is nice, clean to spend time.

  Disliked: - The bungalow felt quite old and had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. - The bathroom door did not close properly, there was a sewage smell from the toilet in the mornings. - We found mold on the shower curtain, ants in the bedroom, and even a mouse in the kitchen. - We also requested a baby crib months in advance but were only informed upon arrival that our bungalow could not accommodate one, with no alternative solution offered. - Overall, there were too many issues for the standard we expected.

  Excellent stay in peaceful location with great pool, play area for kids is great and nice little shop and restaurant if

  Liked: Such a peaceful location and excellent campsite

  Disliked: Only downside is lack of kettle and fridge was not particularly cold. During the heatwave we struggled with the heat inside the tent and no fan or AC but we are from UK and understand that it is camping so can’t really fault it.

  A good place to disconnect with your family

  Liked: Quiet place, safe for kids to run around and enjoy the pool (also the parents!). Close to trails, towns to visit (Banyoles, Besalú, Olot). The people working there are very nice and helpful.

  Disliked: Food options are limited. The cellphone coverage and local wifi are also limited and not very functional. But if you travel to disconnect, that might be a plus!

  Liked: I loved almost everything about the camp side. Its so beautiful, great for hikes, very chilled. There is an on-site mini shop if you are desperate for something but it closes at 2100. Similarly the staff can make pizzas in the evenings. During the day there is a bigger selection of food.

  Disliked: Two warnings: to get there you need a car, no other way to get there. We wanted to get a taxi to Banyoles and the staff was fantastic in looking into it for us but we learned that taxi will take us there but not back. Which is a shame, cause the road is very windy and super narrow (which was stressful in a rental car). The fact that in the evening it's only pizza is quite limiting. I wish they had a bigger selection of things to buy in the shop or bigger menu. There is supposedly a very nice restaurant 20 min walk but when we tried to get in - it was full on a friday, so you'd need to book ahead.
