Fabulous
Useful find but getting into flat is painful
Liked: Location was great as close to train station to get into old town. Apartment was quite spacious which would work well for 2 adults and 2 kids and was well provided in terms of kitchen stuff. Easily accessed by car from main road but tricky to park despite little videos to try and help.
Disliked: Getting into, out of and the fandago with keys and an app to swipe to open front doors was a nuisance. Equally getting out of the garage was not clear - a resident helped us in the end. No air-con and no fans provided. Would have been good to have some milk in fridge to at least make a coffee on arrival. A bottle or jug to chill water would be useful. The sofas are sofa beds so not hugely comfortable.

Disliked: Times of getting in and out due to our flights but that can't be helped, also having to ask for the heating on due to it being controlled buy owners but other than that fantastic property ideal for what we needed it for.

HORRIBLE check-in and check-out process. Stay away
Liked: Picking up the keys and parking the car was a nightmare! It was the worse check-in experience I have had. First, I had to find a parking spot on the street in this ONE-way street, that was FULL with cars. So I had to drive out to the main road, turn, around, and try it again at 10pm. I had no choice to park illegally next to the construction site for a while. Then, I had to use the link that they sent me, which had this “slider bar” on the page. I had to slide the bar on this web page, in order to open the main entrance door. Super inconvenient. What happens if you are a foreigner without internet??? Then I got up and went inside to get the 2 sets of keys (they were not equal, by the way. One set is missing the garage entrance key fob and missing the garage key to the exit door that leads to the elevator. Then finding the parking spot was extremely difficult. The instruction was absolutely NOT clear. The parking garage was very dark and the floors were not labeled. So I could not tell if it was floor 0 or floor -1 or floor -2. I only figured out the floor because the neighbors told me I parked in the wrong spot! They told me that in each floor, the parking spots have the SAME numbers. That’s the most illogical thing I have ever heard. What a dumb design. Finally, I found floor -2 and correct spot. Then, I had to find the exit door called “ASEO” which was written with thin marking. The instruction said to turn left, so I parked and turned left. Only to discover I was supposed to turn RIGHT (imagine facing from the driver’s seat after parking the car). I went around in a dark parking garage at night as a single woman. I was scared. Then I had to figure out which key could open that ASEO door, in the dimly lit garage. Only one set of keys had this particular key. Then I needed ANOTHER key to turn on the elevator to go to the 7th floor. It was a difficult, long, and horrible experience. The owner did not come to meet me to help me with this check-in process.
Disliked: It was also extremely difficult to find the garage key black box. You are supposed to touch the small grey key fob to this equally small black box. I only figured it out because another neighbor helped me. Checking out was also difficult because I had to drive my car out of the parking garage first. Then I had to run around the building just to return the key back up on the 7th floor. When I asked if the owner would meet me since I had to rush to the airport. Again, they said no. Also, keep in mind, they don’t offer you laundry detergent when clearly there is a washing machine. Who brings laundry detergent with them during their travel? No one wants to go buy a giant box of laundry detergent for 4 nights of stay, unless you are planning to stay long-term. The shower curtain was also moldy and dirty. Overall experience: Unprofessional, unwilling to help, dark parking garage, difficult to find the exit door, difficult to find the floor and the spot, incorrect instruction.
