Liked: Clean, new property, great location and close to the beach The staff are very helpful and do their best to make the stay memorable
Lovely hotel and staff
Liked: The hotel is new, located in the center of San Jose. Well designed, with a wonderful swimming pool in the rooftop. They have a little bar serving coffees and drinks in the main hall always open.
Disliked: Our room was located at the ground floor, in a lobby where people were transitioning to take the lift. Therefore, we had to spend 3 nights with the curtains closed, having no natural light. There was no window. It was claustrophobic. A pity, because the hotel is great.
Liked: Well located and new, friendly staff, very clean and close to the beach
Disliked: Nothing unpleasant
Fantastic staff nothing was to much trouble
