  Nice apartment, fantastic area

Liked: Nice vintage apartment, nice pool and terase area Very nice location in Cala D’or close to the Sea Close to restaurants and very walkable neighbourhood Very close to some of the most beautiful Calas on the island

Disliked: Tap water is salty, probably its the case for whole area, but something to be aware of

We enjoyed our stay, but the "customer journey" needs improvement

Liked: The appartment is nice and spacious, its located very close to the beach. It is quiet.

Disliked: The processes around booking this appartment are horrible: - you will get tons of emails from both booking and directly from the host - you will need to pay outside booking - you need to pay an additional 300 EUR damage deposit (this I only understood after calling them) - the deposit I got only back after asking for it However the staff was always very friendly, quick and helpful!

We would love to come back to Villa Lucia anytime

Liked: The location is incredibly good on a quiet street, 250 meters from Es Forti, where you can experience amazing views of sunsets and sunrises. Also, Cala d'es Pou is about the same distance, in the opposite direction. The villa is well maintained, and equipped with all the equipment in the description: including a dryer. The pictures in Booking are real. The swimming pool is perfect for when you come back from the beach, and the yard invites you to relax. The rooms are spacious enough, and the terraces are perfect for dining.

Disliked: We would have liked to have mosquito nets on the windows and the towels/sheets to be changed more often.
