Exceptional
Sheer comfort & luxury - simply perfect
Liked: Could not fault our stay. It was perfect in every sense- the food, the accommodation, the service, the cleanliness & thought and care into every detail including drink fountains on every floor of the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing- it was wonderful.
Location is beautiful by the bay, but services and facilities are below 4 star standard! Staff do not care much of your

Disliked: The fragrance used for all the lobby and hall way to rooms smell really irritating and chemical. It create stress rather than selective calmness for a hotel. Food (breakfast and dinner) is terrible not what we could expect from a 4 star, not yet to mention they do not offer any food that a Spanish cuisine can offer! Bake eggs and veggie are all bland and stinky smell! We could not really eat or enjoy any food there! Bed mattress is also poor quality not comfortable! It sinks and not equal surface so we could not sleep well!
Beautiful hotel with relaxing pools and amazing cove
Liked: The hotel is beautiful. The room was nicely decorated and it was really nice to have a sea view balcony. The proximity with the cove was amazing.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was very small for 2 people. Not a lot of storage space to put your toiletries. All pools were great however it was very annoying to not have available sun beds because people were leaving their towels and just go for hours. I think the hotel should really enforce a stricter policy so everyone can enjoy the facilities. The staff was nice but we had to wait a long time at lunch. Lastly, the evening buffet was really nice with a lot of variety. However, the dessert area was not enough refrigerated so a lot of yogurts or dessert were not really cold.
The hotel has everything you could ask for. Amazing!! Wound definitely come back
Liked: Loved everything about the hotel. Great location on a beautiful beach with a beach club on the hill to admire the view. Loved the indoor pool and sauna room. The hotel had everything you could ask for and breakfast was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Incredible location near Cala Esmeralda! The resort was very relaxing and we enjoyed our trip to Mallorca!
Liked: We loved the location near Cala Esmeralda! Access to the Sa Cala Beach Club was incredible and we were happy to enjoy a full day there. We really liked the court yard area and being able to relax there in the evenings. The drinks were good from the bar!
Disliked: The lunch selection was very limited. The breakfast and dinner food quality was just okay. The gym was very small and looked much bigger in photos.
