  Lovely and relaxing stay

  Liked: The staff was so friendly nice and supportive. I’ve sprained my ankle and they were so kind to provide ice when I needed and made my stay very comfortable.

  Disliked: I would have like the option to have a dinner at the hotel also if I haven’t booked for the package breakfast and dinner. Some additional service to be booked from the room would have been appreciated.

  Boutique vibes and friendly staff

  Liked: Location fantastic with a boutique vibe even though it was large and spread out. We got a welcome drink and early check in. Room was large and a huge king size comfortable bed. Large verandah. Modern interiors. Set in lush beautiful garden of palm trees and grass. Found parking easily on the street but imagine in peak season could be difficult. Breakfast buffet 10/10. Even had a barista making top coffees.

  Disliked: Nothing. We knew there was no lift so not a problem. On top floor/3rd floor. There is a porter who probably helps those needing help with this.

  Travelled with 3 kids and they all loved it

  Liked: Close to Cala Gran, supermarket and restaurants.

  Disliked: We got parking easily in Oct but can see how it would be super busy in peak season.

  Great location but needs to improve on cleanliness

  Liked: Location is fantastic, walking distance to beach especially if you have kids, great variety of choice for breakfast. Welcoming and helpful staff (Juanma in reception), enjoyed a great day at the spa which has great facilities with assistance from lovely Ghania.

  Disliked: This was my fourth visit on which the standard of cleanliness was very lacking, there was long Caucasian hair every where ie bathroom, living area, bedroom and balcony, this affected my stay. It seemed like we were allocated a half cleaned room.

  Perfect base for the end of summer sunshine!

  Liked: The location of the property was excellent, very close to the beach and town centre. The pool was brilliant as well as the children areas. Spacious apartment and good size balcony, breakfast was great and lots of options.
