  We loved the resort, so friendly and chilled. We loved the apartment. I would definitely recommend

  Liked: The location was great, a short walk to several different beaches and the marina. Plenty of shops for groceries as well as gift shops right on the doorstep. It was quiet and spacious, aircon in every room. Massive roof terrace which was lovely for breakfast in the morning.

  Disliked: Some local information would have been good, for example a simple map so we could work out which way to find the marina and the different beaches. Also would have been good to know a local taxi number and where the taxi rank was.

  Avoid if possible

  Liked: Yard with the pool and palms looked nice in photos

  Disliked: This place was a disappointment. The property is up for sale, and you can tell the owners have zero interest in customer satisfaction. Everything inside looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90s and is missing even basic essentials. There was no hot water for the first two days. We asked to leave and get a refund for the remaining nights, but the host flat-out refused. Totally unacceptable. The ground around the house is always wet and muddy, probably due to lack of deainage. Even on a hot sunny day with 29°C temperatures. Your feet get dirty just trying to walk around. Because of all that standing water, the place is swarming with mosquitoes — making it impossible to enjoy being outside. The “nice yard with pool” is completely misleading too. There are multiple flats on the property, so you have no privacy at all. Neighbors are right next to you, and the whole atmosphere is nothing like what’s shown in the listing. This part of our holiday would have had much better vibe if we have chosen different place to stay.

  Made the most of it

  Liked: Location quiet but near beaches and restaurants

  Disliked: Furniture and fittings dated and worn.Patio furniture and umbrellas broken.Shower clogged with sand on arrival and no response from given contact e mail or phone...flooded bathroom and hallway.Cheap crockery and very small kitchen space.No pillow case on one pillow.no blankets or covers on 2 thin duvets provided. Plate glass door to roof terrace and big gaps on banisters by Juliette balcony unsafe for young children.
