  Wonderful accomodation and amenities, even better location

  Liked: Wonderful location, very close to Playa Marcal, Portocolom and a variety of shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Pool was great, supervised by a lifeguard at all times and plenty of sunbeds to choose from.

  Disliked: Could often hear the neighbouring occupants through the walls/balcony. This was not too much of a problem for us.:)

  Liked: Super liebe Rezeption. Tolles Zimmer - leider nur kein Küchentuch zum Abtrocknen. Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden, Kapseln jedoch nicht. Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe erreichbar.

  Liked: Das Studio für zwei Personen reicht für eine Woche vollkommen aus. In der Küche findet man soweit alles Nötige (Töpfe, eine Pfanne, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Brotmesser, Schneidebrett und sogar eine Salatschleuder und eine Saftpresse), sowohl vom Besteck als auch Teller, Tassen und Gläser gab es jeweils viermal. Die Schüsseln sind leider winzig. Man erhält zwar ein Putzkit mit Schwamm, Spüllappen, einem Spülmachinentab und Spülmittel, ein Geschirrtuch und ein paar Tabs wären aber sinnvoll gewesen. Ich war zudem froh, selber noch ein scharfes Messer sowie ein paar Gewürze eingepackt zu haben. An Grundlagen wie Öl, Salz/Peffer ist vor Ort nichts vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit war okay, auf dem Bettzeug waren ein paar Flecken und an den Badamaturen waren ordentlich Wasserflecken aber sonst war es ordentlich und die Betten bequem (allerdings nur etwa 1,90m lang!). Es hätte vor allem im Bad ein paar mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher geben können. Diese wurden einmal während unserer Urlaubswoche gewechselt. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite im Erdgeschoss zum Innenhof, sodass uns beim Frühstücken jeder Passant auf den Teller gucken konnte und wir keinerlei Ausblick hatten. Dafür waren es keine zwei Minuten Fußweg zur Cala Marçal und zum Spar Supermarkt. Auch konnte man immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe finden. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, obwohl er Ende August oft nicht überlaufen aussah.

  Friendly, close to beach and good pool

  Liked: Excellent, quiet pool which never got too busy. Very friendly staff, not too "touristy".

  Liked: Apartments were nice and quiet. Pool area was good.

  Disliked: Kitchen wasn't cleaned properly on our arrival. No restaurant/bar in the facility. Could do with cleaning more often than every 5 days.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

CLEANING:

Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.

Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

SERVICES:

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open at certain fixed times of the day. Towel service for the swimming pool is available with a surcharge.

A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)
