  Disliked: We were extremely disappointed with this property. The cleanliness and condition were simply not acceptable. The room was dirty, with cracks clearly visible on the walls. The bathroom light was actually leaking water, which was both concerning and completely unacceptable. The outside seating areas were filthy, and the shutters on the doors looked like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. We paid for an all-inclusive holiday, but the food was so bad that we only ate there once. We ended up having to eat elsewhere despite already paying for all-inclusive, which was incredibly frustrating and felt like a complete waste of money. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, well-maintained property and decent food. Instead, the property felt neglected, dirty and poorly maintained. The standard was nowhere near what we expected, and unfortunately we would not return or recommend it.

  Liked: What I liked about the accommodation is that you are top tier liars, and I advise everyone not to come to this hotel.

  Disliked: As for what I didn't like, I'm going to need a bit more space. I will just point out that they ruined my honeymoon. They charged €1,170 for 5 nights and failed to provide the conditions shown in the pictures. The room was full of dampness so it was impossible to sleep, the shower water was horribly salty, there were ants all over the room, and the balcony was muddy. All in all, a total disaster! AND I EMPHASIZE THAT THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! I checked out 3 days early, and I still haven't received a response from either them or Booking.

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: The room was worn down. Air con only worked in the bedroom. Morning of check out we found our clothes covered in bleach that had been hanging up to dry outside. Was told at reception they don’t use bleach products and spoke to the manager who said he would speak to house keeping. Was left over an hour waiting for a response. Left in the end as we had checked out. Poor response and disappointment on the last day of a holiday. The smell of bleach was so strong.

  Liked: The pool.

  Disliked: Our room, 2018, did not have a functional A/C and after multiple attempts of letting the front desk staff know nobody ever came to fix it or even address the issue or allow us to move rooms. It became so unbearably hot in our room we had no choice but to checkout early and find other accommodations. I submitted a complaint with booking.com and no resolution was found. They literally did nothing to help us after selling us short and forced us to spend more money elsewhere just to sleep comfortably. The room itself was a bit dirty and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
