  Liked: Perfect location, large clean studio, friendly staff.

  Disliked: The food was terrible — cold and completely tasteless. We paid for half-board, but we ended up eating very little at the hotel because the food was so disappointing.

  We enjoyed our stay in general with one detail (rude gentleman at the reception)

  Liked: Close to the sea. Entertainment program. All inclusive. Air conditioner. Nice restaurant area.

  Disliked: Check-in process is self check-in which is not a problem but the gentleman at the reception treated us in a rude manner not even explaining the process properly. He seemed rude and unpleasant to talk to. Other ladies at the reception were kind and nice to talk to and gave more detailed instructions about the hotel rules. Bar all inclusive has got its rules, which you need to find out yourself. No instructions given.

  Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for the third time this year, and unfortunately many things have become much worse. The food quality has significantly declined. In addition, we were given a room where the bathroom was full of ants. When we reported the issue to the reception desk, we were simply given a spray can and told to deal with the ants ourselves. We also asked to be moved to another room because ours was located next to some generators that were making noise throughout the entire night. However, our request to change rooms was refused. Overall, this stay was very disappointing compared to our previous visits.

  It was ok. The buffet was nice (even if a little cold sometimes). The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are date

  Liked: Short walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. The fact that we were able to use the bar at the other Gavimar hotel nearer the beach was a nice bonus.

  Disliked: Dated. Looks like the whole place needs renovating. Loads of ants in my room. The food in the buffet was often cold and there was a long wait for certain dishes to be replenished. The pool area is nice and clean but lacking in atmosphere. Could do with some music and maybe another little bar nearer the pool.
