Chilled hotel, close to beach and small shopping precinct

Liked: Lots of sunbeds and areas to lounge around in different areas on the hotel. Room key on all inclusive wrist band was a brilliant idea. 1 bedroom apartments are hard to come by as cheap as this.

Disliked: Evening entertainment was a bit flat

  Location great everything else terrible!

Liked: The pool area was nice and the location was great.

Disliked: The rooms were dirty and covered in ants, the food was disgusting. Cutlery was dirty plates were dirty rooms were tired looking. Beds were uncomfortable. My daughter an partner both got stomach bugs while we were there. The cleaners only ever made beds they never cleaned room the same marks on the sink an bath when we arrived were there when we left. No hand soap to wash hands in any of the toilets. Staff in hotel were friendly enough, entertainment was poor. I’m by no means a snob but I would never stay here if I was paid to.

We had a wonderful week with our two teenage sons and it was much better than we imagined!

Liked: The location is amazing 2 min from beautiful beach and 2 min into town with shops, bars and restaurants. Staff solved any issues quickly, food was pleasant and drinks and snacks around the pool were great for two teenagers!.

Disliked: The pool could do with some maintenance and is salt water, the tiles can be very dangerous around pool when wet and we had a few lucky escapes from falling. The ants are an issue and we did report this but it is a local issue and the room was cleaned quickly. The entertainment was very basic and it needs some attention to ensure people stay at the hotel of an evening. The showers and taps in room have salt water in so you do need a bottle of water to rinse hair and skin so you don’t feel sticky all evening (this was a bit of a surprise as we have never had this before).
