  Great place to stay for vacation

  Liked: Very close to the sea, quiet and peaceful

  Disliked: Was a birthday celebration for my partner and a simple request of flowers and bottle of prosecco seemed distressing for the staff, even tho prior booking I mentioned about it. So I just didn’t do anything in the hotel snd celebrate elsewhere.

  ​Avoid this hotel, terrible experience

  Liked: Location Is the only positive thing

  Disliked: ​My stay here was extremely frustrating. To start, the tap water tasted terrible, the entire hotel smelled dusty and outdated, and the photos online are misleadingly edited to hide how old the place actually is. ​The room facilities were in awful condition. One of our rooms had a broken water heater/boiler, and the other didn't have one at all. ​To make matters worse, the customer service and management were terrible. There was zero communication prior to our arrival. The manager knew in advance that there was a double booking issue, but instead of reaching out to confirm with us beforehand, he waited until we arrived just so he could charge us. Even though the hotel was almost completely empty, he kept arguing that our double booking prevented him from renting out the room. The staff was overall unfriendly and unhelpful. Save your money and stay somewhere else

  We had a lovely trip

  Liked: Hotel location is away from the loud resorts, so is nice and quiet.

  Disliked: Nothing in our room when we arrived. No tea or coffee or drinking water or fruit etc. As we arrived late, this was a big disappointment because there was nowhere around to buy anything

  Overall, it was just average

  Liked: The main advantage of this hotel is its wonderful location in a beautiful bay. The beach is very picturesque, and there are lovely walking trails through the pine trees leading to nearby areas. As for the hotel itself, I would say that it didn’t spoil our experience of this beautiful place, but it didn’t provide any particularly positive emotions either. The choice of dishes at breakfast and dinner is quite limited, but to be fair, everything was fresh and well prepared.

  Disliked: The hotel hasn’t been renovated for a long time. The furniture and bed linen are old. We booked a stay with breakfast and dinner included, but it turned out that drinks were not included, and at dinner you even have to pay extra for something as simple as a tea bag. Cleaning was practically non-existent.
