  Worst check-in in my life

  Liked: Great location, pool, size of the room, the bed, the balcony. The kitchen appliances could be better, the knife was only one and was not cutting barely and the falling out broken shelf

  Disliked: Terrible check in, took 40 min wait to check in just 2 couples in front of us. Then turned out the room wasnt ready one hour after the official check in time. Moreover was kicked out of the bar where I went to have a snack because I needed to take a medicine which I need to take with food at the same time, meanwhile the room wasn't ready, and they were very rude saying I can't eat my food there.

  Liked: Great location, very nice pool (though I wish it opened earlier, you can only go for a swim after 10), friendly and very helpful staff. I saw many people complaining about the karaoke bar across the road, but, honestly, it's good fun to go and watch the shows there and see people sing, even if you don't. And then it is always over by midnight sharp. Great food at the poolside bar.

  Disliked: The rooms are a bit dated, and the kitchenware too, but that does not take away too much, overall we had a great stay.

  Really enjoyable. Will definitely be returning

  Liked: Everything was great. Pool, cleanliness. Location was superb, easy walking to beach and the lively town centre. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. However, before arriving we were concerned about the noise from the Karaoke bar across the street, but his closes at midnight and we were never back from the town centre before then

  Central location, great for beach hopping stay in Cala D’Or

  Liked: Great location - perfect for exploring the calas Very clean! Helpful staff Parking available - always got space Spacious apartment Didn’t eat at hotel so cannot comment

  Disliked: Rooms are quite dated compared to pool area & reception but with that said, very clean! Had to pay extra €4 a day for use of safe… don’t understand why it can’t be included in room

Please note that rooms are cleaned and towels changed 5 days per week. Linen is changed twice a week.

Those bookings with payment at the hotel will pay the accommodations invoice at the check-in time.

The maximum number of adults per room is two. And one or two children aged 15 or under can sleep with two adults in the one-bedroom apartments if they are added during the reservation process.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
