Disliked: Check in was a nightmare it took over 40 minutes and we were at the front of the queue. Service at the bar inside and outside was agonisingly slow.the queue for the restaurant was ridiculous, morning and evening. I don't think most of the staff that works here enjoy there job and it shows.

Lovely stay in a super location, some staff let the side down unfortunately

Disliked: The welcome we received was hostile unfriendly and blatantly rude. The male receptionist was clearly unhappy in his job and the night shift didn't suit him. He was particularly rude to my 70 year old mother!!
