Disliked: Fridge in room not keeping drinks cold

The food was the only highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay
Liked: Breakfast was varied, with plenty of choice for different tastes. Also dinner.
Disliked: We stayed at BG Caballero in September and were disappointed with the experience. Airport noise was clearly audible in the room, and the lifts were very small, causing queues. One lift was also out of service during our stay. Our room had a strong chemical smell. When I reported this and requested another room, the reception staff were dismissive. The alternative room also had a distinctive, unpleasant smell and was of a lower category than the one we had paid for. The staff then became rude and abrupt, making us reluctant to raise the issue further. We had to carry our own luggage between rooms and ultimately stayed in the original room. Communication in English was also difficult. The pool area was quite small, although we did not use it as the sea was nearby. Unfortunately, the room issues and poor customer service significantly affected our stay.

was a great stay - the balcony with sea view made it worth it
Liked: the room and sea view was great! breakfast was also great with decent vegetarian friendly and kids friendly options.
Disliked: we had two rooms booked - the bed in one room was perfect but in the other was too soft for our liking. the pools were also not heated (mid-october) which was a bit uncomfortable for the child. room slippers and dental kit are available upon request.
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite a big room with a decent size balcony. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Good breakfast and dinner with a lot to choose from. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Close to Palma and airport - bus stop is few minutes by foot.
Disliked: Thin walls. One could hear neighbours coming back to room at night and them talking. Only two lifts for 7 storey is a too little. Decor and equipment a bit dated.
