Very good
for one night near airport its good enough, for more days find something better
Liked: - good location just near the airport - wide variety of food for dinner - many bars and restaurants near - beach near - free parking around (hotel only 5 places for customers) - for one night before morning flight is OK and for good money, but i wouldnt stay there for more days
Disliked: - really terrible smell in the bathroom - quite crowded and big hotel - air condition didnt really work - not so comfy beds (beds maybe ok, but pillows were bad)

Liked: Location and staff were brilliant
Disliked: The shower kept going really hot (very hot) every 60 seconds for 10 seconds. It needs urgently looking into because if there was a child having a shower they would get scolded and it’s a recipe to get sued. Please look into ASAP. Room 815, please fix.
Liked: Location was very good hotel was very clean and tidy
Disliked: Would have liked a kettle in there bedroom
It was good, little bit pricy for what it is but is Mallorca even if I been outside of the season
Liked: The bus stop is just in front to palma. The breakfast was excellent. Airport super close. Super close to the beach and many shops. Indoor swimming pool came handy in the storm and gym you have inside.
Disliked: No cattle in the room, no tea or coffee but that would be ok cos we took with us but not even a cattle. Also no dryers outside at all on balcony for wet clothes which would make sense as the hotel is on the beach. For what you get and the price is not matching. Internet was on and off.
Nice, but not 4 stars
Liked: Good location and convenient if you need to be close to the airport. Several restaurants around offering different types of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The main downside in my view is the fact that I would not classify this is a 4-star hotel. It's more like a 3-star standard that is well maintained. My room was quite small, didn't have a desk.
Liked: Very impressed, staff all polite and helpful, facilities were very good,buffet was like all hotel buffets a bit of a free for all,overall good value
