Exceptional
great beach hotel
Liked: Great room with side sea view and excellent breakfast
Disliked: Room 604 needs a mirror above the table in the bedroom, it also needs a small table and tub chair in the far right hand corner of the room a wasted space, Playa Palma is a 15 minute bus ride into Palma and it is just too far
I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient
Liked: My friend and I received a warm welcome from Sara at reception, she was extremely helpful and informative. Indeed all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and the food at breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: I think the beds could be more comfortable and I found the open plan bathroom not ideal.
Liked: Very clean, friendly staff. Good location.
Disliked: The drinks bar is expensive.

Liked: Very clean and central. Beautiful place
Disliked: The drinks at the bar could be a bit costly at times but I suppose you need to expect hat nowadays. Everything else very good.

Liked: Beautiful and exceptionally clean. Staff were lovely.
Disliked: Food could have been hotter
