Exceptional
Liked: Everything was just great! The team is customer focused and professional. The room was very comfortable and clean, with great view. The food was very good!
Great staff, helped us out a few times, good spa
Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel, good rooms, excellent staff!
Disliked: Maybe breakfast options could be improved somehow, more healthy food like vegetables even though its already there, too many sweet options like cakes. Also, maybe a sauna with steam could be great
Excellent resort/hotel to stay if you are staying in the Majorca/Palma area. Will definitely recommend and stay
Liked: The property was beautiful. I love that it was conveniently located where we were able to still go to downtown Palma area without any issues. The pool area was beautiful and very well kept the restaurants in the lobby. Areas were also very pretty and up-to-date.
Disliked: Overall, our day was very good at this property and we have nothing negative to say. We did have an issue with our bed and they quickly fixed it and we were able to have a great night sleep after that. They also offer special pillow menu to choose from which was a plus.
amazing
Liked: everything was perfect - breakfast selection was huge, even had jamon and so many waiters helping to serve drinks and keep everything clean and tidy. guests were also very tidy themselves. a lot of rich germans come to this resort. we were very satisfied. probably the best value hotel i've stayed at in europe in many years.
Disliked: only thing was the bed was two separate single beds pieced together. would have prefered one large queen or king for a couple.
Worth it
Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel was high quality
Disliked: N/A
Liked: Great customer service
