Liked: Horrible dirty l, bed bugs and terrible service
Liked: Four stars hotel in an excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. We had a good room with balcony and nice view. Tap water isn't suitable for drinking, so it's an idea to get bottled water as soon as possible, there's a supermarket nearby.
Liked: Staff were polite and friendly, pool is lovely! Nice music playing, warm water, clean, cool floating bean bags, nice plants and trees, clean rooms, nice bathrooms. I’d recommend here and will come back again. So close to the beach and shops, quiet, and nice.
Liked: Everything was excellent during our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very efficient at taking care of our needs. The room was spacious and well appointed. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a very good selection of shops and restaurants. It should also be noted that the buffet breakfast exceeded expectations.
Liked: Great facilities, excellent food and very friendly staff. Only negative we found was that the training facilities was very poor (training room should be upgraded), apart from that it was top notch!
