Everything was good, check-in was very fast and the hotel is perfectly located
Liked: The room was very clean, the staff was really nice and helpful!
Disliked: You definitely get what you pay for. It’s in a good location, but you can hear the light switch turn on in the room next to you… very thin walls. Also, my AC wasn’t working so I was very hot. Definitely not the worst option though if you need somewhere to stay for one night for what you pay.
Liked: Very well placed, right next to the beach with el arenal night life right around the corner! Hotel was very clean and modern. WiFi worked incredibly well too. Staff were really friendly, and finally, breakfast was outstanding.
Disliked: The Aircon didn't seem to have much control. Sort of a one temp thing, and therefore the room was on the warmer side.

Liked: Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer war schön. Auch der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon lud zum entspannen ein. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit einer tollen Auswahl und frischen Obst. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Bedienung an der Bar – Klaudia hat einen fantastischen Job gemacht: freundlich, aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln. Man hat sich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Insgesamt war alles sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
