Good
Liked: The hotel was fairly good and I liked the pool area. Staff were good. Breakfast really good, loads of choice. Close to the beach. Close to bus stop into Palma which we did every night because local environment was horrible at night time. In the day the beach area was nice and the sea lovely for swimming. Some nice shops and restaurants along the front.
Disliked: A little difficult getting a sun bed. Big speakers blasting music from 11am around pool and no escape from it, unless you left for the beach which we tended to do. Local area was awful at night, streets dirty, loads of bars and men shouting god knows what at women including me and my daughter. We made a big mistake going to this area. Never again! You can get the bus into Palma but all the buses are rammed! The room was dark and we were told they're all the same, absolutely hopeless for doing hair and makeup in the evening!

Party hotel
Liked: Very modern, breakfast was great and so was the bar. I didn’t realise it was a party hotel before booking and is predominantly German guests. Fine by me but might not be what everyone else is after. Room was a good size with new fixtures and fittings, also had a nice balcony.
Disliked: The area is notorious for thriving. It really really bad. I was mugged. Staff didn’t really seem bothered or much help. It had happened to tons of people in the area. So be extra extra careful out and around the hotel. There’s a huge problem with it in the area the police had told me. This is also a VERY noisy hotel. All nightlong people coming in from partying, they gave me earplugs at checking and now I know why. Again, I can manage but I’m sure for some people it would have ruined the trip. The walls are paper thin so just be weary.

Incredibly disappointing (to put it mildly), I was never more happy to check out of a hotel
Liked: Nothing, although breakfast was okay.
Disliked: I could write a book but why bother. My rating and comments may only apply to this one room, it's possible the others were better (I didn't see any others). It was brutally overpriced due to the eclipse crowd which only may the poor quality of this room even more painful to stay in.
Liked: Good location, nice staff. The rooms are clean.
Disliked: The apartment faces the pool area, where music is played until quite late in the evening, although after some time it did stop. The beds are located close to the entrance door, so you can often hear people walking past the apartment. The beds themselves are comfortable, but unfortunately, the bed frames make a lot of creaking noises with every movement, which can be quite disturbing during the night.
