Good
Ideal location
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel very clean. Room comfortable. Close to the beach, and a whole host of eateries / bars to choose from, within minimal walking distance. Easy access to public transport.
Go to this hotel, if you want to party only
Liked: The staff was nice, The hotel is close to the beach and the airport
Disliked: The hotel is located in the bar area. If you are looking for a good night of sleep close to the airport, it is not the place to go. Except additional fee if you want the AC (8€/day)
OK for the price
Liked: You get pretty much everything that you will need. Breakfast is included, but don't set any expectations.
Disliked: There is no hair dryer. There is AC in the room, but there is no remote control, and you have to pay the reception to get it. Soundproofing is poor. You can hear the neighbors talking. We also got woken up early in the morning a few times due to the noise from the hallway. The toilet is small. Street parking is available, but it is usually hard to find.
Basic but clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff
Liked: This is a basic but well maintained and clean property. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was exactly as we expected
Not a hotel for good night sleep
Liked: Close to the bus station and lots of restaurants and bars.
Disliked: No any sound isolation thru walls or balcony door, it is impossible to sleep during the night. All rooms doors are closing heavy and slamming hard. Beds are too soft and uncomfortable. No remote control for TV or AC (most probably you need to pay for both). Breakfast poor. Luckily was just for two nights so we survived.
It was a pleasant place to spend a few days the staff was excellent
Liked: It was clean and well located in the heart of are arenal
Disliked: No real food after breakfast
