Very good
Easily accessible long weekend getaway
Liked: Location across the street from the beach, see view in 'the lateral see view room' was excellent. Skybar and swimming pool there. Easy access from the airport: short ride by taxi (minimum fair 17 euro) or by public bus stoping few steps from the hotel. Nearness of the airport does not disturb at all. Plenty of restaurants around.
Disliked: Bathroom with glass door. Even though the room was booked for three people (three beds were prepared indeed), the third set of everything was missing - no third chair at the balcony, no third glass/cup, no third duvet. Only tea, no coffee offered, along the kettle.
Liked: Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room, the view from the balcony was amazing, the location, the breakfast
Great sea, beach, sand, view. Everything was great. We'll come back
Liked: Breakfast was great. Everything for everyone. The bed - not great. Location - great. Staff- not so great.
Disliked: I could very easy to give a 10/10 but on the final day, with checkout at 11.00, at 10.50 we were allmost kicked out of the room. The person that allmost break into the room was very inpolite. Maybe is something normal, and we are simply not used to this behavior. So for that reason, i believe that we'll not come back. It was simply bad.
Wonderful

Amazing Mallorca holiday
Liked: This hotel really exceeded my expectations, bus stop, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beach, bik rental, aquarium and more just steps away from hotel, in the hotel itself the staff were all great the breakfast and dinner had lotss to choose from and all delicious. the pools were nice and the sky bar at night was just magical.
Disliked: only 1 downer was that pool opens at 10 but by 9.30 am all sunbeds had towels on them and no one went around to tell anyone to remove them, an example i saw was a couple putting towels at 9.30am leaving the hotel and returned to the pool and there towels at 3pm, during which time no one could use these sunbeds, so i would say just abit more organization with sunbeds or possibly adding more especially in peek season. still this did not put us off we will be back
