Liked: The breakfast was good, although it could have been a little more varied from day to day. We also had dinner at the hotel across the street, which was absolutely excellent! The beach is only about an 8–10 minute walk away, the pool was clean and nice, and the rooms were kept clean. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is also a big advantage, making it easy to get around and reach different places.
Disliked: However, the hotel is quite outdated and definitely needs some renovation. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. This is a serious issue, especially in such hot weather — you can’t even keep a bottle of water cold! A small fridge in every room would make a huge difference. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but these are definitely areas that could be improved.

Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the price of the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel was significantly overpriced and did not offer enough for what we paid. The double beds kept separating during the night, which was quite uncomfortable. Towels are changed only every three days, with the explanation that we were staying on an island. If you want a fresh towel before then, you have to pay an additional €1, which I find unnecessary, especially considering the price of the accommodation. The hotel also has a gym, but unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, and the whole area looked as if it had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. This left a rather poor impression. I probably would not have had as many complaints if the hotel had not been so expensive. When a hotel charges such a high price, I expect a higher standard of comfort, cleanliness, and service.

A very disappointing stay that completely ruined our vacation

Disliked: DON’T GO THERE!!! This hotel alone can ruin your entire vacation. It turned what should have been a relaxing trip into the worst vacation I’ve ever had. Considering how expensive it is, the experience was completely unacceptable. On our last day, the hotel lost power completely. We were unable to sleep because the air conditioning stopped working, and the room became unbearably hot. At breakfast, many basic amenities, including tea, coffee, and several other items, were unavailable due to the power outage. In addition, the elevators were not working, so we had to walk up and down three or four flights of stairs every time. On top of that, the hotel’s cleanliness and overall condition did not match the photos or the description shown on Booking.com. Because of the power outage, we were unable to use many of the hotel’s facilities. We couldn’t even charge our phones. Even worse, the water supply was also cut off, meaning we couldn’t flush the toilet or even take a shower. For the price this hotel charges, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
