Guest reviews
Very good
Great location & lovely staff
Liked: Reception staff were lovely & so was our room 😊
Disliked: The food wasn’t brilliant & there wasn’t much choice
Liked: The only thing I didn’t like about the property were the beds, they were very uncomfortable
Must do better
Liked: Location, breakfast was ok, but orange juice wasn't fresh.
Disliked: 2 steps by bathroom were dangerous, staff were quite offhand. Beds weren't made on one occasion, bins containing toilet waste wasn't emptied on one occasion. Transfer to and from airport was expensive at €50. The room rate was too expensive for what was on offer.
Delicious breakfast. Functional accommodation
Liked: Superb buffet breakfast with excellent staff. Outdoor seating available. Highly efficient service in place
Disliked: The main atrium is minimalist and the double bedroom we found rather too compact but at least had a balcony over looking the pool which gave the impression it was more airy. Toilet area was claustrophobic if u needed to slide the opaque door for privacy!
Liked: Excellent hotel
I recommend to not advise it to your customer please
Liked: Nothing except location.
Disliked: It was warm, dirty, rude staff.
