Fabulous
Liked: The location is great, 5 min walking to the beach. The breakfast was good with variety. The room was very clean! Stayed on the first floor and the balcony is very big with sun beds!
Disliked: The room’s walls are thin and I could hear too much outside noise and neighbours talking and making noises in their rooms or on the balcony. The safety box is like old style and not electronic one with code, but you need to have a key instead.
Great stay but more attention to detail needed
Liked: - Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and very fresh. - Room with the jacuzzi terrace was lovely. - Room was cleaned everyday. - Good location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. - Hotel didn't feel too busy, always sun loungers available and seats.
Disliked: - Hotel needs a bit more attention to detail for a 4 star. Pool could do with more of a clean. My partner had to clean out the debris from the baby pool before taking our son for a swim in the morning. - Staff were friendly enough but customer service was lacking. - Was difficult to get aircon temp right. Often was too cold and had to turn off at night so disturbed our sleep most nights.
Liked: Clean with good location and very good breakfast. Overall good value for money!
Liked: The breakfast with plenty of options and its long daily availability was a great feature that saved us a lot of trouble. Top notch air conditioning in the room that made our sleep really enjoyable. Great location too. Overall, great hotel.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning or replacement towels in the gym in the first two days of our stay. The gym overall could have gotten more attention from the staff. The minifridge in the room is really small, could not fit two large bottle of waters in it.
It was comfortable and relaxing
Liked: The breakfast and brunch were tremendously good. The pool area was fantastic. The nearest beach was just 5 min walk away was a plus.
Disliked: The staff was pretty much non-existent, whenever we needed towels or something they didn't attend the call.
Great hotel. Would be perfect if the bed didn’t make any noise
Liked: Clean hotel, always smells good. Good breakfast
Disliked: One of the beds was making loud noise at night when turning, it was too loud and made us wake up
