Fabulous
Liked: Clean and food great
Disliked: No issues
Great value, great location and good food with just new mattresses it would be 10/10!
Liked: Really good buffet with excellent selection of food Really nice spa, quiet and nice pool
Disliked: My bed was NOT comfortable gave me a sore back..😟 Steam room in the spa smelt musty..
Hotel would be ok if it was in different location
Liked: Staff were nice, good breakfast, free spa
Disliked: Location on busy noisy street, rooms were outdated, mold in the room
Liked: Breakfast and dinner were great additions and the pool area is great to relax.
Disliked: If you are in rooms 10-18, ask for a room change as it get very noisy in the hallway. There was something being filmed while we were staying, they did not notify us and we were expected to work around the film crew despite being guests of the hotel. The film crew were very rude to us and said we were not allowed to use the lifts and certain areas of the hotel. When we spoke to the hotel staff they said there was nothing they could do.
We went for a four day break, the food was perfect, along with the stay
Liked: The hotel was in a great location, staff were exceptional, always a smile and nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property, only that it was rather noisy on a night.
Disappointed with hotel
Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work, breakfast was ok but dinner was shocking
