Very good
Good location, thin walls
Liked: Very clean room. Just two blocks from the beach. Pool area looked like a fun place to hang out. The balcony was nice. Close to the airport.
Disliked: Very thin walls - I could hear everything in the hallway and nearby rooms. The pool was quite cold, but maybe that's the time of year. The bathroom was a little awkward - the shower was built around a support column, so it was a bit cramped and awkward. Sometimes, the toilet water kept running.

Liked: Hello ok about the breakfast" it was very good for me,but my wife has coeliac disease, and is lactose intolerant" before we arrived i requested that you could cater for my wife, but the first morning we had breakfast, all you had gluten free was a very small bread roll" and there was no lactose free milk" so not a very happy wife" we asked the staff if they could get lactose free milk and good enough they did" but you know these 2 things are very very important" coeliac and lactose" people with these intolerances can be seriously ill if they eat or drink anthing that is not gluten or lactose free" so its not that they have a choice" and that is discrimatory" so i would suggest you make people aware that you cannot fully apply these options before booking" unless you make a little more effort to give these people with allergies an option"

Liked: the rooftop pool area and some of the staff members were super nice
Disliked: Spain is known for good food so it was unfortunate that the breakfast food was bad
Liked: Staff is very friendly and supportive. Reception is open 24/7. We were visiting with a baby and were provided with baby crib and hot water at anytime. Also breakfast is amazing. It was never crowded and everything was fresh and delicious.
