Guest reviews
Fabulous
overall it was a nice holiday, facility was nice, but slightly overpriced
Liked: We got a room update after a day and that one was brilliant
Disliked: Our first apartment was quite used and worn out. also didn’t have see view that we paid for
3 star
Liked: The location. Central lication. Great breakfast, nice evening meals. It was more 3 star really.
Disliked: Staff could've been more informative. I cancelled plans twice to attend yoga only to be told there would be no classes, however, yoga remained on the advertised schedule....they could be more proactive on the front desk. Dining staff and cleaning staff very friendly though. The pool closed early every day. The indoor pool only accomodates a handful of people. 2 loungers insuffucient.
Liked: Everything was ok
Disliked: Quality of beds could be better
A spacious studio in a lovely hotel
Liked: The studio was clean, well-equipped and had a very generous balcony overlooking a green area and then the sea. Bus stop right in front of the hotel to get into Palma city.
Disliked: Although right by a lovely beach and in a quiet area itself the hotel is only a few streets away from some loud German bars and a ‘topless girls’ bar.
Only one night did not use facilities
Liked: The sea view was excellent from the 5th floor. The quick help any time we had a question at the reception.
Disliked: The smell from the refridgerator. The side walk, the pavement to get to the hotel and walk by every day was a really bad experience... those stones and holes can brake your ankle. Not to mention pulling your suitcases on that surface is terrible.
