Liked: Nothing, i wouldnt stay here for free. Never again i min life
Disliked: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE HOTEL!! NIGHTMARE HOTEL THE BEDS: They shouldnt be called beds as they are not normal hotel beds its the "extra" bed someone pulls out for guests, or camping beds. Cheap thin matress which gave me backproblems for so many days it ruined our vacation to the verge of me not be able to walk or stand normally for 4 days and had to take heavy pills which made me sleep all day. When i complained multiple times the receptionist kept saying "oh the bed hmm" and nothing else, then when i made an official complaint through booking as we didnt get any help from the hotel they had the nerve to say that we never said anything, that they do infact offer guests matresses on request, of course a total lie there is no room with matresses or any information about this nothing. THE POOL HAVE BLACK MOLD all over it, from the tiles in the bottom to the sides all over it black mold and floating particles absolutely disgusting. I complained of course and the answer we got was they clean it every week and have pool reports from a lab that its clean, of course they would say anything but i will upload the photos look at it, how is that pool clean??!! its MOLD BLACK MOLD. THEY SERVE DOLPHIN MEAT! in what surreal planet do we live in that this hotel thinks its OK to cook and serve the planets most intelligent animal THE DOLPHIN! absolutely disgusting! we had to eat out everyday because of the bad food, and they charge you for coca cola 5 EUROS!!! its a scam not worth it. The restaurants outside the hotel charge 2,5 euros and have excellent food on their menu. Overall do not visit this hotel, they dont care about you asa guest. Save your money and book somewhere else or at least 5 star, this is absolutely not 4 stars. If the staff writes an answer please consider it ass total bull. its not true they also emailed me a nontruthfull email with things they never said or offered me, they make me sick.
Magnificent
Liked: Very clean beachfront cannot praise enough. Staff magnificent. The view from my room was a picture card of the playa. Definitely will visit again and recommend to any couples for a relaxing holiday

Amazing hotel for relaxing stay
Liked: We had wonderful stay in this lovely and peaceful hotel. Everything was perfect: location, room, view, food and even sandy beach with turquoise sea. The whole hotel was pristine with perfumed lobby and tidy amenities, such as lifts, halls, bar, pool, canteen and the bathrooms. The staff was exeptionally polite, helpful and welcoming. We especially would like to thank the canteen great persons Manolo, Marisol, Natacha and Pepe, cause every morning and evening they have been caring and serving us with such profound kindness and generosity, that we were happy and sunny all our stay long. The kitchen chefs has been doing excellent job, feeding us with wide variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. The diverse desserts were exquisite and absolutely divine. The evening entertaiment was also interesing and fun. The Internet was super fast. Overall we highly recommend this quiet and decent hotel for the relaxing and pleasant repose.
Disliked: The absence of the slippers and the bathrobes in the 4-stars hotel was a little bit strange and inconvenient. The pillows were too soft and lumpy to our taste. The blow dryer was too cheap and weak.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, just a few kilometers from the airport and the city of Palma. The hotel is located directly across from a sandy beach where we could enjoy the clear turquoise water. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, bright and pleasant, with a balcony with a stunning sea view. Stuff was very kind, helpful, available at any moment and very professional.
Disliked: For a hotel of this rank, and considering that the deposit for beach towels was paid in advance, I expected them to be changed and cleaned daily at no extra charge.
Liked: Could not fault our stay here. Exceptionally clean hotel with great facilities and friendly helpful staff who make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to Sumit on reception and Nadia and Carlos in the bar.
Disliked: No complaints at all.
