  Lovely relaxing hotel

  Liked: The welcome was great-helpful and warm staff and the welcome drink was much appreciated. Overall most of the staff were amazing and very helpful. But some seemed not as friendly but most were.

  Disliked: Some staff seemed quite moody, for example I asked about a tour at front desk and they were not very helpful even though they were not busy. Simialrly when asking for help with spa services at front desk they were not brillaintly helpful. BUT I do want to say most staff were so good especially cleaning staff and Vanessa R who serviced our room for the stay who was just lovely. Also breakfast-we are vegetarian and they could have had more hot vegetarian options for us.

  Lovely hotel, food outstanding too

  Liked: Spacious, clean and great food.

  Disliked: Not what we’d describe as “all inclusive”. Some of the staff & service in the restaurant & bars weren’t what you’d expect of a 5 star hotel.

  All inclusive is NOT ALL inclusive alcohol is not included. You can’t use the rooftop pool unless you pay to upgrade

  Liked: The staff, cleanliness, facilities, food,

  Disliked: All inclusive is not all inclusive, alcohol is not incorporated- which isn’t clearly stated unless you look for it. The hotel/ booking.com informed us of this 2 days before we went which was too late to change the booking You can only use the rooftop pool/bar if you are part of the star prestige package - which is an upgrade. We tried to upgrade but was told it was 98% full- which just simply wasn’t the case, as when we did go up to look each day it was very very quiet

  A very enjoyable stay with the staff, as always very helpful and friendly

  Liked: The breakfast tried to cater for gluten free and very importantly now has lactose free milk. The room has the first signs of black mold in the shower but is otherwise cleaned well. The location is relatively convenient with the ability to catch the bus in to Palma and the choice of walking to the "the strip"to eat. The Spa was excellent

  Disliked: Timings of some of the activities were not ideal- yoga was a bit early ( although very good)and not on regular days. Other physical activities were again irregular though again good when available. The gluten free items at breakfast could have been replenished more regularly, though were very much appreciated. The Star Prestige option was not available, which was frustrating as the rooftop sunbathing was not available,meaning available sun was limited. Unfortunately, booking.com did not provide the option to choose when the booking was made
