Liked: Gorgeous hotel with excellent facilities and staff were super. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable rooms with a beautiful pool area.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is surrounded by many bars and night clubs. The noise was not an issue at all in the hotel but the area is very lively with lots of people in the streets who have drank alot of alcohol all day long! I didnt feel particularly safe walking there at night.
Loud location, great food at breakfast and dinner
Liked: Food at restaurant sometimes was really good (quality of “Japanese day” was great!). Otherwise it’s pretty standard hotel.
Disliked: Location is loud at night, hard to sleep. Mostly due to Disco Bar’s intense light and noise from people near it at night (they work from midnight till 6 a.m. or something like that). Made most nights not relaxing for us. Bad internet connection which is I guess fine for the holiday, just not worth noting. And people “reserve” sunbeds with towels, which felt strange for me. I’ve been in few other hotels on the same beach and we didn’t have this problem before. I would recommend picking something closer to airport next time for more chill holiday.
Fantastic Hotel, WORST spa I've ever been to
Liked: Loved the Hotel itself. Extremely clean, lovely rooms and great quality food. Vegan options are amazing also. Staff at the reception desk were friendly and extremely helpful.
Disliked: SPA Unprofessional staff member. No introduction, never ask a single question (an it was my birthday), no clip board given with questionaire, therefore unaware if I pregnant etc... Wasn't aware my 60min lymphatic drainage massage was on my legs only. WORST MASSAGE EVER! No porter or bellman., so you have to take your own luggage up to your room..

Liked: We are a couple and we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, but we especially appreciated the variety and quality of the dinners — every dish was delicious and clearly prepared with great care. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the room itself was cleaned daily, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would also like to highlight the staff. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it special — from warm wishes in the morning and a beautifully decorated table to a thoughtful surprise during dinner with a complimentary cocktail voucher. A special thanks to Hammad at the reception, who was incredibly helpful with every request and truly professional. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!
