Good
Liked: Everything was good very good breakfast
Disliked: The air condition its old, and is not that convenient.
Disappointing
Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: No cleaning of the apartment, no changing of beds.
If you're looking for somwehere to stay for a few nights near Palma, this hotel fits the bill!
Liked: We stayed for one night only as we landed at 11PM and neeed a place to stay overnight near the airport, and this accomodation is great for this necessity due to its 10 minute drive proximity to the Palma Airport. The beds and the bathroom were more than fine for our one night stay, comfortable and big enough. The check-in process (despite being a late one as we arrived there at midnight) and the breakfast buffet were well organised. No issues with parking near the structure.
Disliked: We did, however, have different expectations regarding our room from a size and easthetic point of view, as it looked much bigger and more more modern in the photos on the website, main downside being the window doors being quite old and not in line with what is a fairly modern and new-looking room otherwise.
Liked: We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything from the room to the overall atmosphere was wonderful, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. A massive thank you to Lucas at the front desk! He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and even took the time to arrange a taxi for us when we were in a rush. We honestly owe him a lot—his warm hospitality and helpful recommendations made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. If you are planning a visit, you are in great hands. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definitely be back!

Found a huge cockroach in the room, and the hotel’s response was disappointing
Liked: The staff were polite and the basic facilities were acceptable, although the property is quite old.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we found a very large cockroach on the curtain in our room. I took photos as evidence and informed the front desk immediately. While the staff acknowledged the issue, no apology beyond acknowledging it, room upgrade, compensation, or any other proactive solution was offered. Finding a cockroach in the room is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective, and the way the situation was handled was disappointing.
