Very good
Liked: Great hotel, Great location and Great food!!!
Disliked: None
decent place to relax outside Palma
Liked: - location (close to bus stop going to Palma and the airport, close to the beach, shops and restaurants) - billiards and large resting area near the lobby - staff is very helpful
Disliked: - in summer outdoor pool is closed at 20:00 when it's finally in shadow and when it would be perfect to relax in water; please consider extending pool closing time in summer to 21:00-22:00 - no access to indoor pool in summer - we had a small ant invasion in our room
A fantastic adventure!
Liked: Lovely room, lovely staff, lovely and huge variety of food, beautiful pool with plenty of room so no fighting for a lounger. Baskets of parasols from previous guests so you dont have to buy one if you get them early. Location was absolutely amazing. A short stroll to the bus stop, beach and a park and mercado in the other direction. Not rowdy at all. Perfect for families. You need to try their ice cream sundaes!
Disliked: Entertainment could've stayed on for longer. 8.30pm to 10pm only.
Good value for money
Liked: Staff was excellent
Liked: The room, the view, the cleanliness.
Disliked: That the pool closed at 18h
Liked: The staff were amazing, everyone very helpful. The room was big enough and we could not hear anything from outside. Beer and drinks were good and cheap and food was very nice. Big selection of breakfast
Disliked: There was a strong smell of sewer in the shower...beds were not so comfortable. We had issues with the key card everytime we were opening the door. Even after a very helpful staff member changed the battery on the thing, it was still hard to open
Good to know
