Exceptionally clean hotel right on the beach with amaizing staff!
Liked: Great location, right on the beach, public transport from the Airport (bus stop) right at the hotel, breakfast really good, tasty and very fresh. The room (no 232) was super modern and clean with a beautiful sent in the air which is quite unusual. Bed comfortable. Huge balcony stunning view to the pool and the sea, coffee machine with pod was great, mini bar full of drinks. I have never seen a hotel as clean as this one! Congratulations to all the hotel staffs who made my stay super good! Especially the breakfast team who surprised me with a little cake and singing for my birthday. Another surprise from the management for my Bday with a voucher for Balinese Spa day with 2 glasses of champagne. Big Thank You for making my short stay so memorable!. The pool area with the live DJ was super good. Always clean and pleasant to stay. Plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas. The heated pool with the Jacuzzi was my favorite thing. I definitely would love to return.
Disliked: As everything was super good I cannot say anything negative about this hotel and its stuff!
Excellent hotel
Liked: Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. We didn't get the sea view because of the last minute booking. Nevertheless, city view is fine as well. Thanks to the hotel for providing us with free pair of eclipse glasses! The room is clean and tidy with a lot of space. We booked double bedroom and we're happy with it. The location is excellent, close to Playa de Palma and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is amazing as well with DJ music and bar area where you can order drinks and food. Even this hotel is close to the Mega Park, there is no noise got into our room. The balcony door is well fitted. Breakfast at the hotel was exceptional with a lot of varieties. Overall, I definitely book this hotel again if I visit Mallorca.

Disliked: Really bad experience. The pool area closes at 7pm sharp, and they send you away, even from the lounge chairs. It is beautiful out until about 9pm, so this means if you do an activity on a day you can’t swim after. Also no towels provided. You can rent(!) them for a steep fee. Hotel is a party dump for young germans. The whole pool area was unenjoyable due to them goofing around and using the space like their private area. Staff said nothing. At one point a guy asked me to leave the jacuzzi because he wanted to lay across it. Again, staff said nothing. Beds were very uncomfortable, lumpy and small. Also, two singles pushed together, but moved at the slightest movement so there was no chance of them staying together (we slept in two singles pushed next to eachother for our vacation basically as a result) despite specifically requesting a queen. Room had sand all over the floor following cleaning but that was just icing on the cake. Do not go here.
Modern hotel by the sea nested in “Little Germany”
Liked: This recently renovated hotel boasts soundproof windows and is conveniently located right by the sea. Just a door away are taxis supermarkets and a pharmacy. The friendly staff are always happy to go the extra mile offering suggestions and even booking restaurants. However, it’s situated in the heart of Little Germany so if you’re looking for a more traditional Mallorca experience this might not be the place for you.
Disliked: Since it’s a four-star hotel at 300 euros a night (June), I’d make the beach towels complimentary. The three-euro rent payment seems quite low.
Was a lovely holiday with lovely weather
Liked: Friendly staff on the reception, thank them. Nice room and comfortable mattresses.
Disliked: The price for Sangria in the pool bar is absolutely incredible, double than everywhere around. And quality off this drink is so poor.
