  Disliked: The apartment was not clean upon arrival. We found stained bed sheets, dirty floors, and an unclean bathroom and kitchen, and we had to clean parts of the property ourselves before we could use it. We contacted the host immediately and sent photos via WhatsApp showing the condition of the apartment, however they did not meaningfully review or acknowledge the evidence we provided. Instead, they maintained that the apartment had been cleaned before our arrival and did not offer any solution or compensation. Unfortunately, this did not reflect the standard of accommodation we expected based on the listing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.
