  Comfortable room in a central location

  Liked: Comfortable room in a central location, so it was easy to explore the town. Also quiet at night. Good value for the money.

  Disliked: A lot of reviews here mentioned the breakfast, but they were not serving breakfast when we were there, so if you want breakfast double check your reservation that it is included before you make it.

  Liked: a lovely little hotel in the middle of town; in a historic house, my room was sizable and comfortable. A very pleasant breakfast was included in the price.

  Decent lodging, made great by its hosts

  Liked: The hotel is in central Chiclana and therefore very convenient for access to the town's shops and bars, and to the "tram-train" into Cadiz. We had to find our way around the one-way road system to pull up outside the hotel and pick up the card from host Fernando for parking in the underground carpark a minute away in Plaza Mayor. Our room and en-suite were perfectly comfortable, and we had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The highlight of our three-night stay was the excellent breakfast served with kindness and care. Also, WiFi good.

  Disliked: Our room faced onto the street. The windows are double-glazed so noise wasn't an issue while they were shut. However, those particularly sensitive to noise should ask for one of the rooms to the rear of the building.
