  too pricy for the quality we got

  Liked: comfy bed and great air con - very big room

  Disliked: Hugely understaffed - the few staff were amazing - took some friends 2 hours to checkin and we waited 40 mins to get breakfast

  It was a great location but the hotel itself didn’t feel like 4 star. The kids club had very bad and inconsistent hours

  Liked: The location is great. The staff is very kind. Activities for adults and kids were entertaining.

  Disliked: There’s no gym. No cafeteria until 11:00am on weekends. The longest cues I’ve ever seen for the breakfast buffet. They don’t give you towels for swimming pool or beach. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel
