  Liked: The host was very welcoming and the items provided for breakfast etc were great

  Disliked: Finding the place was really difficult. The drop pin on maps was wrong and there was insufficient detail on the address I.e. no house number on the address

  Nice stay

  Liked: The privacy of the house. It was very clean and modern. The pool was lovely. Beatriz left us lots of food and extra amenities in the bathroom as well - gone above and beyond.

  Disliked: The double bed was very firm and therefore was uncomfortable for us. Could do with a guidebook so useful info can be accessed including manuals for the house but also local recommendations. The cash deposit was a bit awkward for us as we never use cash abroad so had to take it from ATM with bad exchange rate and could not use the cash later as we flew home after check out.

  A perler to discover and very helpful owner

  Liked: The owner is very nice and very helpful, the property is very clean and well equipped.

  Disliked: Neighbors dogs barked from morning to evening, very noisy.

No noise is allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

A damage deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival. This must be paid in cash. It will be refunded upon check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash once the accommodations has been checked.

Parties, events, or visits from people not included in the current reservation are not permitted during the stay. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional charge of €150, which will be deducted from the deposit provided at check-in.

Pets are not allowed to use the sofa, beds, sun loungers, or chairs during their stay in the house, as they will have their own bed and blanket provided by the accommodations. If this rule is broken or there is any damage to the accommodations caused by pets, a penalty will be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit paid at check-in.
