  Exceptional experience and great location

  Liked: We really liked the apartment and facility of the communal areas. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a week stay on the island, plus all the free things provided for the beach, like towels, kids toys, parasol etc. on top of that there was free coffee and snacks available in the communal areas, plus a small area for relaxing. The host (Alvaro ) and his team were very helpful and accommodating. Communication was just great. The location was also great with lots of places for eating out, beaches, walking and stunning views. We will definitely return

  Liked: They think of everything to make youre stay as comfy as possible. Even hand sanitizer where you can throw away your thrash and always some candy croissants abd coffee etc available.

  We had a very good stay at Estanques and in Colonia. We look forward coming back again

  Liked: We greatly appreciated some of the small touches provided by the managers of Estanques, which show a desire to accommodate guests' practical needs and make them feel 'at home.' For example, the availability of a dish towel for drying dishes in the kitchen; a small beach umbrella to take to the beach; spices, salt, sugar, herbal teas, and coffee for breakfast and cooking; dish soap and a sponge for washing dishes; a broom, bucket, and mop for tidying up the apartment a bit; garbage bags; a sufficient quantity of towels and toilet paper; and a small safe. Communication via email and WhatsApp with the managers was also very much appreciated, as well as their prompt response when we needed help unclogging the bathroom sink, where the water wasn't draining properly. Bins for sorted waste collection are available in the property's garden. For longer stays, the use of a washing machine is also offered. The property is in an excellent location, close to the beaches and the supermarket. We had no trouble parking the car. There are always free, non-paid parking spaces, if not right below the property, then on the side streets

  Disliked: Overall, our assessment of the property is truly very positive. The only details that could have potential for improvement would be: The tiled floors of the walkway and the terraces leading to the apartments become dangerously slippery when it rains, and the bathroom light switch seemed to have a loose connection and should be checked

  Great place near the centre

  Liked: Very quiet location just a few minutes from the beach with restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Little things like a full bottle of washing up liquid, lots of loo rolls & the coffee pods etc downstairs make all the difference. Helpful information provided ahead of time & the very quick response to my query about wifi made everything simple & smooth.
