Liked: The location is great, as it is close to the best beaches. The hotel facilities are also great; they let us take towels and a parasol to the beach, which is amazing.
It gave us a very expensive room at the last minute to see the eclipse
Liked: Buffet breakfast and dinner was very good. Staff friendly. Location good.
Disliked: The walls in the room had rough areas that need patching and painting. The bathroom walls by the bathtub were dirty. No coffee pot or clock in room. AC fan extremely noisy. Faucet water undrinkable, no water in room, had to purchase in dining room. I think they created the rooms in a building two blocks from the main hotel just for the eclipse as the room seemed barely finished and not fully equipped.
Excellent, despite of the lck of water on the tables at dinner
Liked: The rooms are big enough, very clean and welcoming. Beds comfortable. Food excellent and varied, every day had something different, chinese, indian, Mediterranean. One night prosecco. 3 very clean pools, we were able to stay in the pool without a time limit, as everywhere, so used the pool even close to midnight. Plenty of loungers around the pool and although it was August, it wasn’t crowded. The beach and port and promenade was 2-3 min walk. It is a nice aquarium cary close by for 8euros per person we did something different. There is a mini train in the colony, we did not use it.Snorkeling from a rocky beach 10 min away was amazing. Lots of fish to see. Overall it was an amazing location and we would definitely come back
Disliked: The only thing we did not like was the fact that for the dinner they did not offer any free tap water on the tables and the first thing after sitting at the table was to take the glasses away! This was odd!! Drinks are expensive as everywhere. 3 euro. 700 mls water, 4.50 one glass of wine,3.50 a juice.
Liked: We loved the location, near the beach and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was lovely and helpful. There was plenty of choice with the food.
Disliked: No entertainment while we were there. Which was quite disappointing.
