  Will not return

  Liked: Beach next door

  Disliked: The food was not very good for the price paid. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The biggest problem is the transportation to the airport. Only 7 taxis work the area, all were busy during check out. No one tells you this and at the end you either take the bus or get a taxi from the nearest city costing about 100euros.

  The only real review you need - don’t go!

  Liked: I’ve complained and have received no satisfactory response. Please read this review carefully as I do not wish for you to be conned by the pictures like we were. We booked 4 months in advance and on arrival we didn’t have a room so we got a loan one and had to move the next day / not the end of the world but following what happened honestly it should have been the biggest red flag! The hotel is not 4 star by any stretch of the imagination! It’s tired and old fashioned and stuck in the 80’s. It’s not luxury. Everything has an added expense. You cannot sit by the small pool as they hire the sunbeds out per day or week so they taken. Have you ever known a 4 star hotel do this? So you either try to buy one at 12 euro a pop a day or you have nothing and trust me there are none left. It’s 40 euros to hire towels (what??? This is 4 star). You have a set time at dinner on the same table (weird) and the free water from their fountain is charged at dinner, the food an drinks prices are extortionate (London prices) and because there is literally nothing to do in that area you have no choice an they play on it. We are bitten by bugs and asked for our room to be sprayed and guest what that was for a charge. It’s a miserable hotel with no atmosphere and it’s dirty - it’s extortionate and so bad we checked out early but they would not refund me the one night as a gesture despite everything.

  Disliked: The location does all the heavy lifting for this hotel / honestly the place should be demolished but it has visitors due to where it is - I was devastated it was nothing like expected. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. It’s a real money grabbing pit that truly does not deserve its star rating.
