Beautiful part of Majorca but very disappointing and poor value for money!

Liked: It was clean and in a good location. Host kept in contact by WhatsApp

Disliked: It was very overpriced and definitely not worth the £200+ per night that we paid for it! The apartment was very very basic. We arrived late at night and realised that we were up three flights of tiled winding stairs. We were not aware of this, and as there was no lift we had to lug our cases up 2 flights of stairs The outlook was very disappointing, we were overlooking a building site on one side and the Seaview was beyond the tennis courts on the other side, so not what we were expecting!

Liked: Nice location. The admin staff was friendly, understanding and accommodating.

Disliked: There is only one air conditioner for the entire apartment, located in the living room. It operates on a motion sensor, so it turns off when it doesn’t detect movement. We arrived late, and the apartment was uncomfortably hot because the AC had shut off. The bedrooms only have fans, so it took quite a while for the space to cool down.

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back in the future

Liked: The apartment was lovely and large and very clean. Kitchen equipment was basic but more than adequate for our needs. The pool was really lovely and clean and plenty of sun beds. Host was easy to contact and very accommodating.

Disliked: There was nothing to fault about the property and we will hopefully go back for another stay in the future
