Bad
Disliked: The area is just hotel next to hotel, it feels very touristy and has a lot of construction. The room itself had a potent, strange smell (and not in a good way), the shower had mold in it, the bed is rock hard, and the a/c has a temperature limit so it was too hot and we could not sleep. The walls are also very thin, I could hear the phone buzzing in the room next to us all night. There are flies all over the beach / pool / lounge chairs, with them constantly landing on you it’s hard to relax. The breakfast buffet was bad. The pictures online look better than reality and if you are an avid traveler, you will likely be disappointed. A cleaning woman accidentally hit me in the face while talking to other cleaners. We ended up leaving two days early because this was the majority of our stay in Mallorca, but they will not refund us (even though booking.com has contacted them). The location in Port de Soller is much better. I never write bad reviews but I feel compelled to help people avoid the same experience.

It’s a quirky hotel with good views and location is close to the nearby town which has night markets and a few restauran
Liked: We arrived much earlier to our check in time but were allowed to use the facilities and were given towels so spent the day on the loungers, luckily someone was leaving so managed to nab theirs but there were lots of loungers that had towels over them. The hotel has a boho aesthetic but is quite tired in places. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Honesty picnic shop was also a good idea too and had a varied selection of baguettes, pastries and drinks. Staff were pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: On the first night I saw 1 ant on the bed but didn’t think anything of it, although at night I did feel that something was crawling over me.. it wasn’t until the last morning that I saw the ants, over me and in the bed under the sheets. When dining in Neni they ran out of rosé wine by the glass - so went to the supermarket round the corner and had to buy a bottle. If you drink English breakfast tea, take tea bags with you as they have none, again was able to buy in the supermarket. The shower head kept falling over the stand. Had to send a cocktail back, it was a pina colada but tasted like coconut milk with ice, the margarita was good tho. We reported all of the above when we checked out and offered to show them where the ants were coming from but they didn’t follow this up. So if you’re staying in 3106 ask about the ants! As a goodwill gesture they took off our bill for the Neni restaurant. Oh but on our last day we had lunch at Neni but there was a broken cocktail stick in the food, they gave us one dessert to share for free. We also both received text messages supposedly from the hotel asking for details and saying the price had gone up, they had my name phone number and exact dates, this was a scam.
Loved it
Liked: Loved the location, the restaurant was amazing, really good breakfast and the sunset views were great. The staff were really great!
Disliked: The bedding wasn’t my favourite and the double bed had 2 single duvets. Also the aircon in the room wasn’t very strong so struggled to get it cool enough.
We got relaxation which was much needed but for the price we paid expected more luxury
Liked: It was quiet and peaceful The yoga was excellent The gym was had high end equipment
Disliked: The dirty pool, it was cloudy and had bugs in it. There were a lot of midgey like bugs about on the furniture outside and in the pool. There was no drinks service in the pool or beach area and for the price expected some. It would be good to have light lunch or pool bar lunches available. Toasties, simple salads... The sundbed covers could do with a clean. The onsite restaurant was overpriced. The lifeguard was unfriendly. Mini fridge had one bottle of water that was not replenished at all during our stay. The coffee pods should have been premium not budget for the Nespresso machine.
