  Fabulous

  Liked: Central location literally a stones throw from a lovely, relatively quiet beach. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine a bit bus.

  Disliked: Second bedroom was quite hot. TV sound did not work and despite contacting hosts on the first day regarding this issue, we did not receive a response.

  If only a decent towels (not older than several years) were available, the final mark would be 10

  Liked: Location is just perfect, you can smell the sea from the balcony. The apartment is quite specious, airy and comfortable (we spent 10 days here, two adults w 2 7-year old kids). Parking spot in back yard and washing machines are also very welcome. The kitchen has all possible appliances one might need.

  Disliked: Towels with holes and in grey color are no-go for any kind of hospitality. Better not to leave any and ask the guests to carry their own. Shame.

  Liked: The apartment unfortunately did not meet basic expectations and had several serious issues. The most concerning problem was mold in the bathroom, including hidden mold behind the sink cabinet and visible mold in the shower. This clearly indicates a long-standing issue and raises hygiene concerns. Additionally, there was no water for approximately 12 hours during our stay. During this time, the apartment was completely unusable (no toilet, no shower, no cooking). The host only responded after multiple messages and after Booking.com intervened. Several appliances were defective: the hairdryer did not work and was not replaced, and the dishwasher repeatedly failed to drain water, requiring manual emptying. The oven is unstable and moves out of its place when opening the door, which feels unsafe. Cleanliness was also an issue. The freezer compartments and a sandwich maker were dirty upon arrival, and some food items left in the kitchen were expired. The apartment is very poorly equipped in terms of storage: almost no hooks or space for clothes, and the children's room is extremely basic, with only a clothes rack and minimal shelving. The layout is also unusual, with a curtain instead of a proper door. The balcony view is disappointing, facing either a construction site or unfinished buildings, with noise from workers even in the evening. Communication with the host was inconsistent. While multiple automated messages were sent before arrival, actual support during the stay was lacking. Reported issues were largely ignored. Positive aspects: the beds are comfortable, the fridge is large, and parking is included. The location is close to the sea, although the nearby beach is not very appealing. Overall, the apartment falls significantly short in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and responsiveness. We cannot recommend it.

  Great apartment in a nice town

  Liked: Apartment was well equipped, perfect location. Town had everything you might need, and also it was a great location for an island exploration. Clear instructions for check in.

  Disliked: We had an apartment 2, it was without bulk bed, instead it was some strange fold out bed “thing”. So one of our children had to sleep on a couch. Feels like it has been rented for some time.

  Nice stay

  Liked: Nice spacious apartment very close to the sea. You can even see the sea in the distance from the back windows. But consider that there is no beach nearby, as Colonia Sant Jordi is a rocky shore. The apartment is big (it can host up to 6 people) and has many facilities, just as it's advertised. We would like to return here.

  Disliked: I believe another entity than the host handles the bookings. This came with many complications. When I made the booking I was asked to make the check in and to pay the city tax by a link. I did so immediately and got the checked sign on they app for that. But one week prior to the arrival daily emails were asking for the same thing, including paying again the city tax. They told me that they don't use the same app anymore. So I had to try to do the check in again. The second app was not working as expected so finally I've sent my passport for offline check-in.
