Liked: Breakfast, room service.
Disliked: Sewage smell in bathroom.
Liked: Very clean and comfy, and also close to many good local restaurants.
Wonderful location, lovey hotel, brilliant staff!
Liked: Wonderful breakfast lots of choice and delicious fruit even when we came down later. We came for the eclipse and the location was absolutely perfect however what really made our stay even more special was the staff. What a welcome we had and how well we were treated nothing was too much trouble, so friendly perfect English (thank you ) and did every thing in their power to make our stay memorable. We would Definitely stay here again. Thank you. X

Great hotel, great staff!
Liked: Lovely hotel in a good location. The breakfast was nice. Lovely bar and outdoor area. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the service was exceptional. Would recommend
Disliked: The shower was a bit weak (top floor)
Good value for money in a central location
Liked: Central location. Balcony to sit in the evening. Very kind and friendly stuff. Clean hotel and room. Private air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was good for a 3 start hotel.
Disliked: A small fridge in the room would be really useful, or at least a cooler, to keep some cold water or perishable snacks. The wardrobe felt bit old and smelly. Bathroom door would not close. Corridor outside the room smell a bit old too.
Loved it would stay again!
Liked: Good location out the way of the busy beach front huddle and bustle but not too far away for it to be a chore getting anywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful, booking a taxi for us to Santanyí market, keeping hold of our luggage all day til our late flight and just being helpful in general.
Disliked: Bathrooms were clean but small and no fridge in the room - not at all deal breaking but we were in the middle of a heatwave so keeping drinks cool would have been great
