Exceptional
Liked: Food was very good Nice rooms
Disliked: Could have more toys in the kids room It would be amazing if the pool was heated
Nightmare
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Promotional images do not reflect what the hotel is - cold, lifeless
Nice stay but it could have been better for what we paid
Liked: Good service overall, i.e. front desk and at breakfast. Nice property overall except for items mentioned below.
Disliked: Air conditioning didn't work well. The swimming pool was too hot, more like a large hot tub. The food and service in the onsite Bacora restaurant was bad.
Liked: The room was lovely
What we needed
Liked: Such a chilled place with class food and overall experience. If you want a place to completely get away from the world this place is it
Disliked: Nothing was great
Not worth the money
Liked: The room was nice and nice breakfast and restaurant
Disliked: We had a suite and the beds were two singles and it was our honeymoon. There was also no wifi in the room… It was a very expensive room and they gave us a €5 cava to apologise
