  Clean and spacious 3 bdr apartment close to the beach

  Liked: This is for apartment 1A, ground level. Firs I want to point out that after leaving the apartment and driving to another location we realized that we forgot a wallet with documents and cash in one of the bedrooms. We contacted the property and they told us that the cleaner found the wallet and handed it over to their office. Then they were flexible to meet us and return the wallet with all cash and documents intact. We are so grateful, otherwise we would've been stuck without docs in a foreign country. Location is excellent. We were given 2 keys which was great. It looks like the owner is reading the reviews and is improving the property. We found a new sponge, dish cloth and dish soap. There was salt, bottle of water, coffee capsules and a coffee machine in the kitchen. We cooked for 6 people and there were enough pots, pans, glasses, plates and utensils. There were extra toilet paper rolls in both bathrooms. There are separate AC units in each of the 3 bedrooms, plus one in the living room. We did get a baby crib as requested. The upper bunk bed in one of the rooms had a fence and is suitable for toddlers or young kids. The apartment was very clean and the host was responding to messages in the booking app chat. The floor is tile and easy to clean. There was also a stick vacuum to use. The TV had good program selection, we watched the world cup there. The beach is excellent for families with young kids

  Disliked: All of the beds were single (USA full size), which is not a huge deal but it would be nice if at least 1 bedroom had a queen size bed for a couple to sleep on. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms.

  very disappointing

  Liked: On the positive side, the location was very good, and the key collection process was easy and convenient.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very disappointing. The biggest issue was that the apartment did not match the description. One of the bedrooms contained a bunk bed, yet this was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. We were traveling with elderly guests, who consequently had to sleep on the sofa instead of a proper bed. Although we received a partial refund for this room, the situation was unacceptable and should never have happened in the first place. Another problem was the air conditioning, which was not working when we arrived. After several phone calls, we finally received instructions on how to operate it. Such information should be provided to guests upon arrival and not only after they report a problem. The most frustrating aspect, however, was the complete lack of communication with the property. It was virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone either before or during our stay. Whenever an issue arose, we had to contact Booking.com's customer service instead, which caused a great deal of stress, wasted time, and unnecessary frustration. The kitchen was also poorly equipped. The frying pan had a badly damaged non-stick coating and was clearly worn out to the point where we did not feel comfortable using it. Overall, I cannot recommend this property. The inaccurate listing, poor communication, and lack of proper support significantly affected the quality of our stay.

  Great location, big useable space

  Liked: Location, space and great balcony. Attentive owners who took our concerns seriously and tried to help us. Good value for money.

  Disliked: Very noise, the walls are very thin and you can help everything below and above you.
