  We felt like we were given the chance to go back in time and live in this historic home with easy access to all that Cud

  Liked: Staying in this old fisherman‘s home allowed us to imagine those who came before 100s of years ago in this incredibly beautiful and historic town. Having this experience, even for only 2 nights, left a huge impression on us. Such a unique experience!!!

  Disliked: We have no complaints. You need to know what you’re getting into. The ascent to the home is not for the faint hearted, and the historical layout of the home is not going to reflect more modern homes with more open floorplans, but that’s what you’re signing up for. Lovely experience.

  Excellent small triple-floor house right in the heart of old Cudillero center

  Liked: Excellent small triple-floor house right in the heart of old Cudillero center. The owner Manuela is very friendly and helped as a lot with recommendations in and around Cudillero. Access is easy, just 2 minutes from the cenral square by narrow lanes with stairs. If you have a car - just drop it at the port parking and walk about 7-10min. Very coisy house with fantastic view over the Cudillero and the harbor! Kitchen and bathroom are on the 1st floor and bedroom on the 2nd. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is not so small as some reviewers write here, if you are not a giant - it is sufficient, no complains:) Bedroom is simple and good to relax. Highly recommended for those who want to explore this side of Asturias and the border with Galicia.

  Disliked: All good, no complains:) Just watch out - it can be a bit noisy from daily tourists coming to Cudillero but this is fully normal as location is in a lively touristic area.

  Lovely views and cottage but not suitable for anyone travelling with luggage or with mobility issues

  Liked: The view was lovely and the rooms were clean and cosy.

  Disliked: Access to the house was terrible and apartment was spread over 3 floors. You had to climb >100 steps to get to the cottage. Then another 3 flights of stairs to get to the bedroom. So an excruciating task to get luggage there. Nowhere to park - closest spot about 1 km away - up a relatively steep hill. None of this is made clear in the booking details. Not suitable for anyone with luggage or any mobility issues. Suitable for someone who is fit and traveling with a backpack. The village is very quiet and very little is open for a meal in the evenings on Sunday and Monday. Recommend for a day visit but not an overnight stay.
